It depends on the repair. Oil changes take about 30 minutes. Brake jobs typically take 1-2 hours per axle. For larger repairs, we'll give you an estimate when we diagnose the issue. We'll also call you before starting any work to confirm the timeline.
We offer a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for most repairs. This covers defects in parts and our workmanship. Some specialty parts may have different coverage. We'll explain the warranty terms before any work begins.
We use OEM-equivalent parts that meet or exceed factory specifications. If you specifically want OEM parts, just let us know and we'll source them. We never use low-quality parts that might fail prematurely.
