Appointments are recommended but not required for most services. Walk-ins are welcome, though wait times may be longer. For major repairs or specific time slots, we recommend booking ahead.

Yes. We have a secure key drop box near our front door. Just fill out the envelope with your contact info and vehicle details, drop your keys inside, and we'll call you when we've looked at it.

We offer a free shuttle service within 10 miles of the shop. We can drop you off at home or work and pick you up when your car is ready. Loaner vehicles are available for major repairs by appointment.

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For larger repairs, we also offer financing through Synchrony Car Care.

Always. We'll diagnose the issue, explain what we found, and give you a detailed estimate. We won't turn a wrench until you've approved the work. No surprises, no unauthorized repairs.
