We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for portrait and headshot sessions, 4-6 weeks for family and senior sessions, and 3-6 months in advance for newborn sessions (book during pregnancy to secure your date). Wedding inquiries should be made 6-12 months before your date.
We provide a detailed wardrobe guide after booking. Generally, we recommend coordinating colors (not matching exactly), avoiding busy patterns and logos, and choosing timeless pieces. Signature and higher packages include a personal wardrobe consultation where we'll plan your looks together.
Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks for portrait sessions, 3-4 weeks for family and newborn sessions, and 6-8 weeks for weddings. Each image is carefully culled and professionally edited. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee when needed.
Yes! For sessions over $500, we offer a 50% deposit to book with the balance due on your session date. For weddings and packages over $2,000, we offer monthly payment plans. A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure your date.
Life happens! We allow one free reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice incurs a $75 fee. For outdoor sessions, we'll monitor weather together and reschedule at no charge if conditions are unfavorable. No-shows forfeit their session fee.
Absolutely! Your online gallery remains active for 30 days after delivery, and you can purchase additional digital images at $35 each or upgrade to the full gallery for $300. Products and prints can be ordered anytime—we archive all sessions for at least two years.
