How do I schedule a pickup?

You can schedule a pickup through our website, mobile app, or by calling us at (555) 123-4567. We offer flexible time slots from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week. You'll receive a confirmation email and text reminder before your scheduled pickup.

What is your turnaround time?

For wash & fold service, we offer 24-hour turnaround if your order is picked up by 9am. Dry cleaning typically takes 2-3 business days. Specialty items like wedding dresses and alterations take 5-7 days. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes! We exclusively use biodegradable, plant-based detergents that are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Our dry cleaning process uses environmentally responsible solvents. We also use Energy Star certified machines that conserve water and energy.

Is there a minimum order for pickup and delivery?

For wash & fold, there's a 10-pound minimum. Pickup and delivery is free on orders over $30. Orders under $30 have a $5.99 delivery fee. There's no minimum for dry cleaning or specialty services.

How do you handle special care items?

We carefully read care labels and follow manufacturer instructions for all garments. Items requiring special attention are hand-washed or dry cleaned separately. If you have specific instructions for any item, just include a note and we'll follow your preferences.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with any item, we'll re-clean it for free. If the issue persists, we'll issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you offer contactless service?

Yes! You can schedule contactless pickup and delivery. Simply leave your laundry bag at your door at the scheduled time, and we'll leave your clean items in the same spot. Payment is handled securely online.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once we pick up your laundry, you'll receive text updates when it arrives at our facility, when cleaning is complete, and when it's out for delivery. You can also check your order status anytime through our website or app.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital payments through our app. For commercial accounts, we offer invoicing with flexible payment terms.
