What should I wear to my massage?

You'll undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with sheets throughout. Most guests remove all clothing, but underwear can be left on if you prefer. For Thai massage, wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for evening and weekend appointments. For same-day availability, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you.

Is gratuity expected?

Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. If you'd like to tip, 15-20% is customary. Tips can be added to your card payment or given in cash directly to your therapist.

What if I have health conditions?

Please let us know about any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries when booking. Some conditions may require a doctor's clearance. We'll work with you to ensure a safe and beneficial treatment.

What if I'm running late?

Please call us if you're running late. We'll do our best to accommodate your full service, but your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the next guest's time.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Absolutely. When booking, let us know your preference and we'll do our best to schedule you with that therapist. If they're unavailable, we'll recommend someone with similar skills.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or specific services. They can be purchased in-spa, over the phone, or by contacting us through the form above. Physical and digital options available.
