What happens during the free assessment?

We'll tour the facility, discuss your goals, perform a movement screening, take baseline measurements, and recommend the best program for you. The whole thing takes about 60-75 minutes. Wear workout clothes because we'll have you move around a bit.

I'm completely out of shape. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Many of our most successful clients started from zero. We design every program around your current fitness level and progress at your pace. No ego, no judgment. Just results.

What should I bring to my first session?

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We have water and towels available, but feel free to bring your own. Come ready to move but don't worry about being "prepared." We'll handle the rest.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice improvements in energy and how they feel within 2-3 weeks. Visible changes typically start around 6-8 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. Major transformations happen over 12-16 weeks.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged at full session rate. We know life happens, so we give everyone one "free pass" per quarter for emergencies.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We accept credit cards, debit, and cash. For larger packages (10-pack and above), we offer interest-free payment plans to spread the cost over 2-3 months. Ask about options during your assessment.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel?

For clients on monthly programs, you can freeze for up to 30 days per year with 7 days notice. Package sessions don't expire as quickly when you're traveling. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. Basic nutrition guidance is included with all training packages. For comprehensive meal planning and macro coaching, we offer add-on nutrition services starting at $99/month. Full nutrition coaching is included in our 20-pack and premium online programs.
