Your first visit will include a comprehensive oral examination, digital X-rays (if needed), oral cancer screening, gum disease evaluation, and a professional cleaning. We'll review your medical and dental history, discuss any concerns you have, and create a personalized treatment plan. The entire visit typically takes 60-90 minutes.
We're in-network with most major dental insurance providers including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and Guardian. We'll verify your benefits before your appointment and maximize your coverage. Even if we're out-of-network with your plan, we'll file claims on your behalf.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For larger treatments, we offer flexible payment plans and work with CareCredit for financing options with 0% interest plans available for qualified patients. We also have a membership plan for patients without insurance that includes preventive care and discounts on treatments.
We recommend visiting every six months for routine cleanings and exams. Regular visits help us catch problems early when they're easier and less expensive to treat. Some patients with gum disease or other conditions may need more frequent visits, which we'll discuss during your exam.
Yes! We reserve time in our schedule each day for emergency patients. If you're experiencing severe pain, a broken tooth, knocked-out tooth, or dental infection, call us immediately at (555) 789-SMILE. We'll do everything possible to see you the same day. For after-hours emergencies, call our emergency line at (555) 789-0911.
We completely understand dental anxiety - it's very common! Our entire team is trained in gentle, compassionate care. We offer amenities like noise-canceling headphones, ceiling TVs, warm blankets, and sedation options (nitrous oxide and oral sedation) to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Let us know about your concerns, and we'll work with you to create a stress-free experience.
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends bringing your child by their first birthday or within six months of their first tooth appearing. Early visits help establish good oral health habits, allow us to monitor development, and make your child comfortable with the dentist. Our pediatric specialist, Dr. Rodriguez, makes first visits fun and positive!
Yes! We have CEREC technology that allows us to design, create, and place custom crowns in a single appointment - no temporary crowns or second visit needed. We also offer same-day emergency appointments and can often complete fillings, bonding, and other treatments in one visit.
We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may need care. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
Yes! Digital X-rays emit 90% less radiation than traditional film X-rays and provide superior image quality for more accurate diagnoses. We only take X-rays when necessary for your care, and we use lead aprons for additional protection. The radiation exposure from dental X-rays is minimal - less than you'd receive from a day in the sun.
We work with your insurance to maximize your benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
Don't see your insurance listed? We accept most PPO plans and will file claims for out-of-network benefits. Call our office to verify your specific plan.
For patients without dental insurance, our membership plan provides comprehensive preventive care and treatment discounts:
