From beginner to advanced, ages 4 to adult, we offer dance classes in five exciting styles. Every class focuses on proper technique, creative expression, and having fun!
Classical technique and grace
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles. Our classical ballet classes emphasize proper technique, posture, and grace while building strength, flexibility, and discipline. Students learn traditional barre work, center combinations, and beautiful choreography set to classical music.
Ballet classes meet once or twice per week depending on level. Multiple time slots available:
Urban styles and high energy
Get your groove on with high-energy hip-hop! Learn the latest urban dance styles including breaking, popping, locking, and freestyle. Hip-hop classes focus on rhythm, coordination, and self-expression through street dance. Students learn age-appropriate choreography to current music while developing their own unique style.
Hip-hop classes meet once per week with optional additional sessions:
Modern and expressive movement
Contemporary dance blends ballet technique with modern movement, emphasizing emotional expression and fluidity. Students explore floor work, improvisation, and lyrical movement while developing their artistic voice. Contemporary classes encourage dancers to connect with the music on a deeper level and tell stories through movement.
Contemporary classes meet weekly with emphasis on creative exploration:
Fun, upbeat, and theatrical
Jazz dance is energetic, fun, and expressive! Classes include turns, leaps, kicks, and stylized movement set to upbeat music. Students learn proper jazz technique including isolations, syncopation, and performance quality.
