COPPER IPA
Our flagship beer and the one that started it all. Bright citrus and pine hop character from Cascade and Centennial hops, balanced with a solid malt backbone. Crisp, bitter, and endlessly drinkable. 🏆 2024 Gold Medal Winner.
MIDNIGHT PORTER
Dark as the night sky with notes of chocolate, coffee, and toasted bread. Made with six different malts including chocolate malt and roasted barley. Smooth and rich without being heavy. 🏆 2024 Silver Medal Winner.
GOLDEN LAGER
Crisp and clean with subtle noble hop character from German Hallertau hops. Lagered for 6 weeks for maximum smoothness. Perfect for sessionable drinking and food pairing.
HAZY SUNRISE
Juicy and tropical with big mango, pineapple, and citrus flavors from Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel from flaked oats and wheat. Low bitterness, high drinkability.
AMBER ALE
Balanced and approachable with caramel malt sweetness and moderate hop bitterness. Notes of toffee, biscuit, and subtle citrus. The beer that converts non-beer-drinkers into craft beer fans.
KETTLE SOUR
Tart and refreshing with bright acidity from kettle souring. Light-bodied and crushable. Currently featuring raspberry and passionfruit, but the fruit changes seasonally.
SEASONAL & LIMITED RELEASES
Rotating beers that keep things interesting
BARREL AGED STOUT
12 months in bourbon barrels from a local distillery. Rich vanilla, oak, dark chocolate, and warming booze. Velvety smooth with layers of complexity. Released once per year in November. Extremely limited.
PUMPKIN SPICE ALE
Real roasted pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Not too sweet, not too spicy. Available September through November. Pairs perfectly with Thanksgiving dinner.
SUMMER WHEAT
Light, crisp, and refreshing with orange peel and coriander. Perfect for hot days on the patio. Available May through August. Serve with a lemon wedge.
DOPPELBOCK
Rich, malty, and warming with notes of toffee, dark fruit, and bread crust. Lagered for 8 weeks. A traditional German strong lager perfect for winter. Available December through February.
TRIPLE IPA
Hop bomb with intense tropical fruit, resinous pine, and citrus. Dangerously smooth despite the high ABV. Released quarterly in small batches. Limit 2 per customer.
BLACKBERRY SOUR
Tart base beer with 2 lbs per gallon of Oregon blackberries. Bright pink color, intense fruit flavor, puckering acidity. Available March through May while supplies last.

Our brewers get creative with the 1-barrel pilot system. Past experiments include jalapeño pale ale, coffee milk stout, blood orange saison, and smoked maple porter.

🍷 BARREL PROGRAM
Beyond the annual barrel aged stout, we age sours, barleywines, and old ales in wine, whiskey, and rum barrels. Bottle releases announced via our mailing list.
Cellar Club members get first access to all barrel aged releases.

We team up with other breweries, coffee roasters, distilleries, and local businesses for unique one-off beers.
