Do you take walk-ins?

Absolutely. Walk-ins are always welcome. If we're busy, we'll give you an honest wait time estimate. Booking ahead just guarantees you skip the wait.

How do I describe what I want?

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Bring a photo if you have one. Otherwise, just tell us what you like and don't like about your current cut, and we'll guide you from there.

Should I wash my hair before?

No need. We'll wash it if the service calls for it. Just come as you are. Clean and dry is fine, but don't stress about it.

How much should I tip?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If you're happy with your cut, 15-20% is customary in the industry. Cash or card, your call.

How often should I get a haircut?

For fades and tight cuts, every 2-3 weeks keeps it fresh. Classic cuts can go 4-6 weeks. We'll give you honest advice based on your style.

Do you cut kids' hair?

We do, and we're patient with the little ones. Kids 12 and under get a discounted rate. Pro tip: mornings when they're less tired work best.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. Just give us a call or text with as much notice as you can. We ask for at least 2 hours notice for cancellations when possible.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, available in any amount. Great gift for the guy who's hard to shop for. Available in-shop or call us to purchase over the phone.

Parking

Street parking is available on Main Street (2-hour limit). There's also a public lot around the corner on Oak Street. First hour free.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Whatever's easiest for you.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, give us a call. We'll do our best to fit you in, but if you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

If something's not right, tell us before you leave. We'll fix it. We want you walking out feeling good about your cut. That's the whole point.
