Every package includes at least one revision round after delivery. If the first draft isn't right, we fix it. If after revisions you're still not happy, we'll refund you in full. No arguments.
Questions
Do I need to have downloaded the template first?
No. You can pick any of our templates and we'll use it as the starting point. If you already downloaded one and love it, just mention it when you check out and we'll use that one.
What do I need to provide?
For Launch and Refresh: your business info, photos, and any existing content (or just share your old site URL). For Complete: a 30-minute call or a voice note walking us through your business. We take it from there.
What if I need changes after launch?
Refresh includes one revision round, Complete includes two. After that, small updates are quick and we can handle them for a flat hourly rate. Nothing gets abandoned.
Do you handle hosting?
We set up your site on the hosting platform of your choice. Not sure where to host? Check out our hosting guide for free and paid options. All you need is a domain.
