Answers to the questions we hear most often from couples exploring The Evergreen Estate.

We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May through October). Some of our most popular Saturday dates book up to two years out. Weekday and winter dates typically have more flexibility, and we occasionally have openings from cancellations or date changes.

Every outdoor booking includes a complimentary indoor backup plan. The Garden Pavilion has retractable canvas panels for weather protection, and the Grand Ballroom is always available as a rain plan. Your coordinator will create a detailed weather contingency timeline so the transition is seamless if needed. We monitor forecasts closely in the days leading up to your wedding.

You have options. Our in-house culinary team, led by Chef Laurent Dubois, offers seasonal farm-to-table menus that are a highlight of many weddings here. However, we also maintain an approved caterer list of 12 vetted catering companies. Outside caterers not on our list may be considered with a kitchen use fee and proof of insurance and licensing.

There is no minimum guest count. We host intimate celebrations of 20 guests and grand affairs of 300 with equal care. Our Intimate package starts at $10,500 for up to 75 guests. Food and beverage minimums may apply for certain date and venue combinations during peak season. Your coordinator will provide transparent pricing during your consultation.

All packages include your selected venue space, a dedicated event coordinator, setup and breakdown, estate furniture (tables and chairs), basic linens, bridal suite access, a professional sound system, complimentary guest parking, and on-site security. Higher-tier packages add premium furniture, custom lighting, rehearsal dinner access, and extended hours. Full details are provided during your consultation.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring any licensed and insured vendor of your choosing for photography, videography, DJ or band, florist, cake, and other services. We also maintain a preferred vendor list of professionals who know the estate well and consistently deliver outstanding work. There is no additional fee for using outside vendors.
