Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

Do I need an appointment?

No. QuickCare is a walk-in clinic. You can come in any time during our operating hours without scheduling ahead. We see patients on a first-come, first-served basis, though we may triage based on the severity of your condition.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. If you're unsure whether we accept your plan, call us at (555) 123-4567 and we'll verify your coverage before your visit.

How long is the typical wait?

Most patients are seen by a provider within 15-25 minutes of check-in. Wait times vary depending on patient volume and severity of cases. Total visit time, including treatment and checkout, typically runs 45 minutes to an hour.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We treat patients of all ages, including infants, children, and adolescents. Our providers have experience in pediatric urgent care, and we keep our clinic welcoming for families. For children under 6 months old, we recommend contacting your pediatrician first.

What should I bring to my visit?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or allergy information. If this is a workers' compensation visit, bring your employer's claim information.

What if I need a specialist or further care?

If your condition requires care beyond what we can provide in our clinic, our providers will refer you to the appropriate specialist or facility. We coordinate with local hospitals and specialty practices to ensure a smooth handoff. We can also send your records directly to your primary care physician.
