We match based on subject expertise, grade level experience, and personality fit. If the match isn't right after the first couple sessions, we'll switch tutors at no extra cost. The right fit matters.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle. We want you here because it's working, not because you're locked in.
We do. All of our programs are available in-person at our Austin location or online via video call. Online sessions use a shared digital whiteboard and screen sharing for an interactive experience.
We understand schedules change. Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and there's no charge. Same-day cancellations are counted as a used session to be fair to our tutors.
