For most temporary and light industrial positions, we can have qualified candidates on-site within 24-48 hours. For specialized technical roles or direct hire searches, our typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks for initial candidate presentations. Urgency and role complexity will affect timeline, but we work to move as fast as possible without cutting corners on screening quality.

For temporary staffing, you pay an hourly bill rate that covers the worker's pay, our markup, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and benefits administration. For direct hire placements, we charge a one-time placement fee based on a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. We provide transparent pricing upfront with no hidden fees. No. Never. Our services are completely free for job seekers. We are paid by the employers who hire through us. There are no registration fees, placement fees, or hidden charges. If anyone asks you to pay for job placement services, that is a red flag -- legitimate staffing agencies never charge candidates.

Every candidate goes through our multi-step screening process, which includes: a detailed interview assessing skills, experience, and work history; skills testing relevant to the target role; verification of references from previous supervisors; criminal background check; drug screening (where required by the client or industry); and verification of certifications, licenses, and legal work authorization. We customize the screening process based on the role's requirements.

We currently serve employers across 12 states: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Missouri. Our headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio, with satellite offices in key markets. For temporary placements, we offer a performance guarantee. If a temporary worker does not meet expectations, let your account manager know and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. For direct hire placements, we include a 90-day guarantee. If the candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within 90 days, we will restart the search at no extra charge.
