We accept PDF (preferred), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign (.indd), EPS, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. For best results, send vector files or high-resolution raster images at 300 DPI or higher in CMYK color mode. Not sure if your files are print-ready? Send them over and we'll check for free.

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for most products. We offer next-day and same-day rush service on select items like business cards, flyers, and postcards. Large format and specialty jobs may take longer depending on complexity. We'll always give you a clear timeline before you approve.

Yes. Our in-house graphic designer handles everything from logo creation and branding packages to layout, typesetting, and file preparation. Design rates start at $75/hour, and we offer flat-rate brand packages starting at $499. If you just need file prep or minor adjustments, that starts at $25.

For digital printing, there's no minimum -- we'll print 1 piece or 10,000. Screen printed apparel has a minimum of 12 pieces per design. Offset printing is most cost-effective at 500+ units but we can accommodate smaller runs on our digital press at competitive pricing.

Absolutely. Every job gets a digital proof for your review and approval before it goes to press. We won't print until you sign off. For color-critical work, we also offer printed hard proofs on your actual paper stock so you can see exactly how the final product will look and feel.

Local delivery within the Inkville metro area is free on all orders. For clients outside our delivery zone, we ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at competitive rates. You can also pick up your order at our studio during business hours. We'll notify you as soon as your job is ready.
