How often should my pool be serviced?

For most residential pools, weekly service is ideal. This keeps chemistry balanced, prevents algae growth, and catches equipment issues early. Some pools in low-use periods can go to biweekly, but weekly is what we recommend for the best results.

Do you service above-ground pools?

Yes. We service all pool types including above-ground, in-ground vinyl, concrete, fiberglass, and saltwater pools. We also service standalone hot tubs and spas from all major manufacturers.

What does a free estimate include?

A technician visits your property, inspects the pool and equipment, tests the water, and discusses your needs. You receive a written estimate within 24 hours. There is no charge and no obligation to sign up.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?

Every AquaClear technician holds a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license. The company carries $2 million in general liability insurance and full workers compensation coverage. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request.

Can you help with a green or cloudy pool?

Absolutely. Green pool recovery is one of our most common calls. In most cases, we can restore a green pool to crystal clear within 48-72 hours. The process includes shock treatment, algae removal, deep brushing, and filter cleaning.

Do I need to be home during service visits?

No. Most of our customers are not home during visits. We just need reliable access to the pool area. After each visit, you receive a digital service report with photos showing what was done and the current water chemistry readings.
