Our Story

SwiftSign Notary Services was founded by Patricia Owens in 2014, after years of watching clients struggle to find notary services that fit their schedules. As a working mother and real estate professional, Patricia understood firsthand how difficult it could be to get documents notarized during traditional business hours.

She started SwiftSign with a simple promise: bring the notary to the client, not the other way around. What began as a one-person mobile notary service operating out of her car has grown into a trusted team of certified professionals serving the entire Charlotte metropolitan area.

Today, SwiftSign has notarized over 12,000 documents for individuals, families, businesses, law firms, and title companies across North Carolina. Our commitment to punctuality, accuracy, and exceptional service remains exactly what it was on day one.

Senior Notary

With a background in banking and finance, David brings deep expertise to every loan signing and financial document notarization. He joined SwiftSign in 2018 and has since become our most requested notary for corporate clients.

Scheduling Coordinator

Rebecca is the voice you hear when you call SwiftSign. She manages all appointments, coordinates our notaries' schedules, and makes sure every client gets the earliest available time slot that works for them.
