KeyMaster started in 2009 when Marcus Webb, a former locksmith apprentice who'd spent eight years learning the trade, decided to build the kind of service he'd always wanted to call. Not a franchise. Not a call center. A local company where a real, licensed technician answers the phone and shows up.
The first few years were just Marcus and a van. He covered the whole metro area himself, sleeping with his phone on in case a late-night call came in. Word spread. Repeat customers turned into referrals, referrals turned into commercial contracts, and the business grew.
Today, KeyMaster employs four licensed technicians covering the full service area. The van count has grown, but the philosophy hasn't changed: show up fast, quote honestly, do the job right the first time.
Master Locksmith & Founder
Marcus spent eight years as an apprentice and journeyman locksmith before founding KeyMaster in 2009. He holds a Master Locksmith certification from the Associated Locksmiths of America (ALOA) and maintains state licensing in both residential and commercial categories.
He's the kind of guy who reads lock mechanism patents for fun and still takes on hands-on jobs most days. When he's not in the field, he's training the technicians and running quality checks on completed work.

Specializes in automotive and transponder key programming. Diana covers the east and south service zones and has completed over 2,000 automotive service calls.
Commercial and high-security lock specialist. James has completed certifications in Medeco, Abloy, and ASSA ABLOY product lines and manages most of our commercial accounts.
Residential and safe specialist. Priya joined us after completing her locksmith apprenticeship and quickly became our go-to tech for safe opening and combination work.
