Our Story

Started with a Truck and a Mission

ClearOut Hauling Co. started in 2016 with one truck, two people, and a simple idea: junk removal shouldn't cost a fortune, and hauled-away items shouldn't automatically end up in a landfill.

Our founder, Jake Morrison, spent five years working in waste management before starting ClearOut. He saw firsthand how much usable stuff was being thrown away. Furniture that just needed a new home. Appliances that still worked. Building materials that could be reused.

Today, we operate a fleet of trucks across the metro area and have completed over 12,000 pickups. We partner with local charities, recycling centers, and salvage yards to divert more than 60% of what we collect away from landfills.

We sort every load. Items in good condition go to local charities. Recyclable materials go to certified processors. Only what truly can't be reused goes to the landfill.

We quote based on truck space, not item count. You see the price before we lift a finger. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. What we quote is what you pay.

Same-Day Service

When you want junk gone, you want it gone now. We offer same-day and next-day pickup for most jobs. Book by noon, and we can usually be there the same afternoon.
