No, you do not need to be home. As long as we can access the exterior of your home and there are no locked gates blocking our path, we can complete the service while you are away. We will send you before-and-after photos and a summary of what we found and cleaned when the job is done.

Yes, we carry both comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. General liability covers any accidental damage to your property during the service. Workers' compensation covers our crew in case of injury on the job. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request. You should never hire a gutter company that does not carry both.
