Any size. Any shape. Cut and polished in our Phoenix facility.
We fabricate custom mirrors for bathrooms, bedrooms, gyms, retail spaces, and anywhere else a standard size won't work. Every mirror is cut to your exact dimensions, with edges polished to whichever profile you specify.
For vanity and bathroom mirrors we typically use 6mm silver-backed glass for standard installs, or 6mm Starphire glass for projects where true color clarity matters. Decorative beveled edges are available in 1" and 2" profiles.
Large format mirrors over 48" in either dimension are installed using Z-clips or rosette mounts depending on wall type. We handle the anchoring, not just the glass. Frameless floating mirrors are our most requested finish.
Heavy-gauge tempered glass, premium hardware, and a watertight install every time.
A frameless glass shower enclosure is one of the most visible upgrades in any bathroom. We use tempered safety glass in 3/8" (10mm) and 1/2" (12mm) thicknesses, which has the weight and rigidity to hold itself without the need for a frame to stiffen it.
Hardware is chosen from brands like CRL, Dorma, and Valsan in finishes including brushed nickel, polished chrome, oil-rubbed bronze, and matte black. We don't use budget hinge and handle sets. The hardware is what gets touched every day and it needs to last.
Semi-frameless options with aluminum perimeter channels are available where full frameless isn't suitable due to wall conditions. All seals are applied after the glass is set, not before, which prevents misalignment and ensures a true watertight result.
Structural glass systems for balconies, stairs, pools, and mezzanines. Code-compliant in AZ.
Glass railing systems replace traditional metal or wood balusters with full glass panels, preserving sightlines while meeting all load-bearing requirements. We work with both post-mounted systems and bottom channel (shoe) systems depending on the application.
All railing glass is laminated safety glass, which holds together in the event of impact rather than shattering. Panel thicknesses are specified to meet Arizona building code based on the span and height of each installation. We pull permits when required.
Top rail options include structural glass clamps with no top rail for a pure floating look, or stainless steel top rails in round and square profiles. Frameless pool fencing using the same structural glass technology is also available.
Facade glazing, entrance systems, interior partitions, and office glass for commercial projects.
Commercial glazing is a different discipline from residential glass work. Wind loads, thermal performance, and code compliance all drive the specification. We've worked on enough commercial jobs to understand what specifiers and contractors need from a glazing subcontractor.
Our commercial services include aluminum storefront framing systems, all-glass entrance doors, interior partition walls, and office sidelites. We work from architect drawings, adapt specifications where conditions require it, and document all deviations.
For tenant improvements and restaurant build-outs, we're used to tight site schedules and coordinating around other trades. We provide certificates of insurance, lien waivers, and formal invoicing for all commercial work.
Glass-only replacement for existing window frames. Residential and light commercial.
When a window frame is structurally sound but the glass is cracked, broken, or thermally failed (fogged insulated units), replacing just the glass is significantly more cost-effective than a full window replacement.
We cut single-pane glass to fit existing frames and fabricate replacement insulated glass units (IGUs) for double-pane windows where the seal has failed. We can match most standard and custom glass sizes and tints.
For specialty windows including arched, trapezoid, and geometric shapes, we work from cardboard templates that we cut on-site to guarantee an exact fit. Tempered glass replacement is available for windows in code-required safety locations.
Custom-cut glass furniture pieces with polished edges and rubber bumper pads.
Glass table tops protect furniture surfaces and update the look of existing bases without a full replacement. We cut glass to any rectangular, oval, or custom shape and polish the edges to a flat polish, pencil, or bevel profile.
Floating glass shelves for kitchens, living rooms, and retail displays are cut in 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm thicknesses. We supply and install the shelf brackets and ensure the wall fixings are appropriate for the load.
All table tops include rubber bumper pads to prevent glass-to-furniture contact and slippage. Custom cutouts for cable management, umbrella poles, and lazy Susan inserts can be drilled to specification.
Toughened painted glass panels for kitchens, bathrooms, and bar areas.
Glass splashbacks are a clean, contemporary alternative to tile. A single panel from countertop to cabinet with no grout lines, no cracked tiles to replace, and a surface that wipes down in seconds. They work behind cooktops, sinks, and in bathrooms.
Painted glass splashbacks are made from toughened safety glass with the color applied to the rear face, giving the surface a depth that standard painted finishes can't replicate. We can match virtually any color, including Dulux and Sherwin-Williams color charts.
Cutouts for power outlets, switches, and extraction fans are pre-drilled in the glass before installation. All panels are fixed with structural silicone and color-matched screws where required.
Floor-to-ceiling mirror panels for gyms, dance studios, dining rooms, and hospitality spaces.
Large-format mirror walls create the illusion of space and amplify natural light in ways that paint and art cannot. We've installed mirror walls in home gyms, commercial fitness studios, yoga spaces, dance schools, restaurants, and retail stores across Phoenix.
Mirror wall panels are installed in sections, with joints cut to fall in visually consistent locations. We use an appropriate adhesive for the substrate and back every panel with mechanical fasteners as a safety measure. Heavy-duty Z-clips and drill-and-anchor systems are used for large panels over 20 square feet.
For gym and studio installations, we can supply and install protective edge guards to prevent chipping in high-traffic environments. Mirror wall projects are typically completed in a single day for spaces up to 400 square feet.
