Before You Reach Out

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, just call or email and we'll answer it directly.

Do you charge for the initial measure and quote?

No. Site visits and written quotes are free of charge. We'll come to your location, take accurate measurements, and provide a detailed quote within 48 hours. There's no obligation to proceed.

How long does fabrication take once I approve a quote?

Most standard orders are fabricated and ready to install within 5 to 10 business days. More complex work like structural glass railings or large commercial jobs can take 10 to 14 business days. We'll give you a specific lead time with your quote.

Can you match an existing glass or hardware finish?

In most cases, yes. For glass, we carry standard clear, Starphire, bronze, and grey tints, and can source most other specialty types. For hardware, we work with finishes including brushed nickel, polished chrome, matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, and satin brass. Bring a sample to the showroom if you're trying to match something specific.

Do you handle permits for glass railing installations?

Yes. Structural glass railing and balustrade installations in Arizona typically require a building permit. We handle the permit application process, prepare the required documentation, and ensure all work meets current AZ building code. Permit fees are passed through at cost.

What's the difference between standard mirror glass and Starphire?

Standard mirror glass has a small amount of iron in the float glass, which gives it a slight green tint when viewed from the edge. Starphire is a low-iron formulation that appears truly neutral. For most applications the difference is subtle, but for large mirrors or projects where you're matching white cabinetry or countertops, Starphire produces a noticeably cleaner result. We have both in the showroom for comparison.
