Our Story
Rolling Fire Kitchen started the way all the best things do: a beat-up grill, a cooler of cold drinks, and a group of friends who kept coming back for more. Chef Marco Fuentes turned weekend cookouts into a full-blown food truck operation, and he hasn't looked back since.
Every dish on our menu is cooked over real fire. No microwaves, no heat lamps, no shortcuts. Just open flame, fresh ingredients, and recipes that took years of experimenting to get right.

Real Talk
I've eaten at food trucks all over the country and Rolling Fire is top tier. That smash burger is insane. The char, the sauce, the cheese pull. I drove 45 minutes to find them last Saturday and I'd do it again.
We hired Rolling Fire for our company event and they absolutely killed it. 80 people fed in under an hour, and everyone was going back for seconds. The tacos were the star of the whole day.
My kids literally cheer when they see the Rolling Fire truck pull up. The loaded fries are their favorite thing on earth. And honestly, mine too. That queso is not from this planet.
