We travel throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Destination events considered case by case.

Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and run approximately 30 to 45 minutes. We offer in-person meetings at our Nashville studio or video calls for out-of-town clients.


How far in advance should I book?

For full-service weddings, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for Saturday dates between May and October. Corporate events and social celebrations can often be planned in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 30% non-refundable deposit at contract signing to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfer, and check.

What is your cancellation policy?

The initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 90 days before your event, any additional payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 90 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of any payments made.

Do you work with clients' preferred vendors?

Absolutely. We're happy to work with vendors you've already selected or who were referred by family and friends. We'll vet them, communicate professionally, and integrate them into our planning process seamlessly.

Do you travel for events outside Nashville?

Yes. We regularly work throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. We also consider destination events internationally on a case-by-case basis. Travel fees apply for events outside a 50-mile radius of Nashville.

Can I do just the design and hire someone else for logistics?

Yes, our Design & Styling package is available as a standalone service. We'll develop your full visual concept, mood boards, vendor recommendations, and a design deck your planner or family members can execute.

How many weddings do you take per year?

We cap ourselves at 18 full-service weddings per year. This is intentional. It means every couple gets meaningful attention, every email gets answered the same day, and no event is treated like an afterthought.

What if something goes wrong on the day?

This is exactly why you hire a professional planner. We carry an on-site emergency kit, maintain backup vendor contacts, and are trained to handle everything from a missing florist to a venue hiccup without you ever knowing it happened.
