Every rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and a 7-day rental period. Weight limits apply — see below for details.
Our smallest container is the right call for focused single-room projects. Think of it as the equivalent of about 3 full pickup truck loads. Easy to fit in most driveways without blocking the garage.
The 15-yard hits the sweet spot for most Chicago home renovation projects. About 4.5 pickup truck loads. Wide enough for door frames and long enough for full sheets of drywall. This is the size most customers end up needing.
Step up to the 20 when the project covers more than one room or involves heavy material like plaster and tile. Around 6 pickup truck loads. Fits most standard driveways but check for overhead clearance near garage doors and overhanging branches.
The heavy-duty option for large-scale jobs. Roughly 9 pickup truck loads. This is what you need for whole-house cleanouts, substantial renovation waste, new construction cleanup, or commercial jobs. Requires more driveway room — call us to confirm fit before ordering.
We keep it simple. Here are the only situations where your bill goes above the quoted price.
Each size includes a weight allowance. If you exceed it, we charge $65 per additional ton — weighed at the transfer station. We'll call you before pickup if it looks close.
Standard rentals are 7 days. Need more time? No problem. We charge $15 per additional day. Just give us a call before the pickup date — we'll extend it automatically.
If prohibited items are found at the transfer station, you'll be charged a removal fee based on the disposal cost. Common offenders: tires, appliances with Freon, propane tanks.
These items cannot go in any of our standard dumpsters. Putting prohibited materials in a bin can result in additional fees and delays.
Not sure about something? Call us before you toss it. We'd rather answer a quick question than have you charged a disposal fee at the other end. (773) 555-0149.
If the dumpster fits on your private property (driveway, side yard), you typically don't need a permit. If it goes on a public street or alley, you'll need one.
Chicago permit costs vary by ward and container size but generally run $75–$175. Permits are required for placements on public ROW and must be displayed on the container. We can pull the permit for you — just ask when you order.
Ask About PermitsBeyond standard roll-offs, we offer a few specialty services for jobs that need something different.
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and asphalt cannot go in standard mixed-debris bins — the weight limits are too easy to exceed. Our concrete-only containers are rated for dense materials and priced accordingly. Call for a quote based on volume.
