Let's Get You Driving

You need to be at least 15 years and 6 months old and hold a valid learner permit. If you're not sure how to get your permit, we can walk you through the process. For adults, there's no upper age limit. We've taught students in their 70s.

Once you enroll, we'll contact you to match you with an instructor who has availability that fits your schedule. Lessons are booked in advance and can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are charged at 50% of the lesson rate.

Bring your learner permit (mandatory — we cannot begin a lesson without it), comfortable flat-soled shoes, and a bottle of water if you like. No special clothing required. Your instructor will provide a pre-lesson briefing and handle everything else.

DMV tests are booked directly through the state DMV website or by calling your local DMV office. We'll tell you when we think you're ready, and we can use our GreenLight vehicle for your test if you prefer (included with our DMV Accompaniment add-on). We'll also help you choose the right test center location.

Unused lesson hours are fully refundable within 60 days of purchase. Completed lessons are non-refundable. If you fail your DMV test after completing a GreenLight package, we'll give you one complimentary 1-hour practice session as a goodwill gesture. We want to see you pass.

Yes. Our instructor Tony Reyes is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Request a bilingual instructor when you enroll and we'll do our best to accommodate. We're working on adding additional languages in 2025.

Requirements vary depending on your country of origin. Some foreign licenses can be converted directly, while others require passing both the written and road test. Call us before enrolling and we'll help you understand exactly what's needed based on where your license was issued.
