Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often.
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for custom orders of 3 or more dozen. For event packages with donut walls or towers, we recommend a full week of lead time so we can plan the display and confirm flavors. Same-day dozen box orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We currently offer two gluten-free cake donuts (Chocolate and Cinnamon Sugar) that are made with a dedicated gluten-free flour blend. We do not currently have vegan options on the regular menu, but we are working on it. Please let us know about any allergies when you place your order.
Our full menu is usually available from the time we open until about 10:00 AM. Popular flavors like Maple Bacon and Boston Cream tend to sell out first. If you have your heart set on a specific donut, we recommend arriving before 9:00 AM or calling ahead to reserve.
We offer delivery for catering and custom orders of 3 dozen or more within a 15-mile radius of our shop. For smaller orders, we recommend pickup. We do not currently partner with any third-party delivery apps because we want our donuts to reach you in the best possible condition.
Every donut in our display case was made that same morning. Our bakers start at 3:00 AM and the first batch comes out of the fryer around 5:30 AM. We never sell day-old donuts. Anything left at the end of the day is donated to the Springfield Community Kitchen.
