Every BassLine wedding package includes a planning call, a custom playlist review, wireless microphone for vows and speeches, and a backup system on-site. We don't pre-record. Every set is live.

Planning Call

We schedule a 30-minute call to understand the vibe, must-play songs, do-not-plays, and any special moments.

Lock It In

50% deposit holds your date. Final payment due 7 days before the event. No surprises.

Your Event

We arrive 90 minutes early to set up and soundcheck. You show up and we handle the rest.

Before You Ask

Can we request specific songs?

Absolutely. We share a planning form where you can list must-play songs, do-not-plays, and preferred genres. We build every set around it.

Do you take breaks?

No dead air, ever. If we need a moment, we have a seamless loop queued. For events over 5 hours, we bring a second DJ to rotate.

What music genres do you cover?

Hip-Hop, Top 40, EDM, R&B, Latin, Rock, Country, 80s/90s, House, Jazz/Lounge, and everything in between. Our team covers it all.

Do you travel outside Austin?

Yes — we're available nationwide and have played in 12 states. Travel costs are billed at cost (flight, hotel, per diem). Ask for a quote.

What's your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment refunded (minus deposit) for cancellations 30+ days out. Within 30 days, 50% of remaining balance retained.

Do you provide the sound system?

Yes — all packages include our professional rig. For venue residencies, we can also work with existing house systems. Just let us know in advance.
