Tasting Appointments

We offer complimentary tastings for events of 50 guests or more. It's a chance to sample dishes, discuss your menu, and experience our approach firsthand. Tastings take place at our commissary kitchen and last about 90 minutes.

For smaller events, we offer a tasting experience for $75 that's credited toward your final invoice when you book with us.

Common Questions

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large events. Corporate events and smaller parties can often be accommodated with 4-6 weeks notice. Peak season (May-October) fills quickly, so earlier is always better.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Absolutely. We regularly create menus that accommodate gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know during the planning process and we'll build options that everyone can enjoy.
What's included in the catering fee? +
All packages include food preparation, serving staff, setup, and cleanup. The Signature and Grand packages also include table design coordination, a dedicated event captain, and complimentary tastings. Rentals (linens, china, glassware) can be arranged for an additional fee.
What's your service area? +
We serve the greater Asheville area and all of western North Carolina. We've also traveled to Greenville, SC, Knoxville, TN, and Charlotte, NC for special events. A travel fee may apply for venues more than 60 miles from our commissary kitchen.
What is the minimum guest count? +
Our minimum is 20 guests for most events. For intimate dinner parties (10-19 guests), we offer a private chef experience with a custom flat fee. Contact us for details on smaller events.
