Once the carpet is dry, it's completely safe for everyone -- including crawling babies and curious dogs.

Most carpet manufacturers recommend professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months to maintain your warranty and keep carpets in good condition. If you have pets, young children, allergies, or heavy foot traffic, we recommend every 6 to 12 months. Regular cleaning extends the life of your carpet and improves indoor air quality.

Yes, we move standard furniture like dining chairs, small tables, and lightweight items at no extra charge. For larger or heavier pieces -- like sectional sofas, beds, and entertainment centers -- we clean around and under them as much as possible. If you'd like us to move heavy furniture, just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange it.

We treat tough stains with specialized pre-treatment solutions before the main cleaning. Most stains come out completely. For older or set-in stains (like pet urine that has soaked into the padding), we'll be upfront about what to expect. In some cases, we may recommend enzyme treatments or additional visits. We'll never promise results we can't deliver.
