Tomato-based with a balance of sweet and tangy. Brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a hit of Worcestershire. This is the house standard -- good on everything from brisket to burnt ends.
Same base as the Original but loaded with habanero, ghost pepper flake, and extra black pepper. Slow heat that builds with every bite. Not for the faint of heart, but it won't burn your face off either.
Mustard-based sauce with honey, turmeric, and a sharp vinegar backbone. Bright, tangy, and slightly sweet. Made for pulled pork but works beautifully on smoked turkey and sausage too.
Thick, glossy, and sweet with molasses, dark brown sugar, and a touch of liquid smoke. This is the glaze we finish our ribs with. Perfect for dipping cornbread or drizzling on a pulled pork sandwich.
