Learn to create and maintain a sourdough starter, mix and shape a basic boule, and understand fermentation. You will leave with your own starter and a loaf of bread. Perfect for beginners.
A full-day deep dive into laminated dough. Learn to make butter blocks, fold and turn, and bake golden croissants. Taught by pastry chef Yuki Tanaka. Intermediate level recommended.
