Common Questions
FAQ
Answers to the questions we get most often. Still have one? Just call.
How much does appliance repair cost?
Most repairs start between $65 and $99, depending on the appliance type. After a diagnostic inspection, we'll give you a full, upfront price before any work begins. You only pay if you approve the quote. Diagnostic fees are waived when you proceed with the repair.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, in most cases. Call us before noon and we can usually have a technician at your home the same day. We'll give you a 2-hour arrival window so you're not waiting around all day. Availability varies by location and day of week.
What is your warranty on repairs?
Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. This applies to all repairs, not just major ones.
Do you use genuine OEM parts?
We use genuine OEM parts wherever they're available and cost-effective. When we use aftermarket parts, we'll tell you beforehand and explain why. All parts, OEM or aftermarket, are covered by the same 90-day warranty.
Do you handle emergency calls?
Yes. We offer emergency service calls outside of regular business hours for situations like refrigerators that aren't cooling with food inside. Emergency call fees apply. Call us at (555) 555-1234 and we'll assess whether it qualifies as an emergency and get someone to you as quickly as possible.
What happens if my appliance can't be repaired?
If the repair would cost more than the appliance is worth, we'll tell you honestly. We'd rather give you sound advice than take your money on a fix that won't pay off. In these cases, we'll only charge the diagnostic fee.
What brands do you service?
We service all major brands, including Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Bosch, Maytag, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Kenmore, Amana, and Electrolux. Our technicians are factory-trained on the brands we service most. If you have a less common brand, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes, someone 18 or older must be present for the duration of the service call. This allows us to review the diagnosis, discuss the quote, and walk you through what was done after the repair is complete.
