Our Story

Started With a Toolbox and a Promise

AllFix was founded in 2013 by Marcus Delgado, a certified appliance technician who spent a decade working for a regional service chain. He kept seeing the same problem: customers waiting three weeks for a repair, being charged hidden fees, and dealing with technicians who rushed through jobs.

So Marcus went out on his own. He started with a van, a full set of tools, and one rule: give every customer the honest, fast service he'd want if he were the one with a broken refrigerator full of food.

Twelve years later, AllFix has grown to a team of certified technicians, but the approach hasn't changed. We still answer our own phones. We still show up when we say we will. And we still won't start a repair until you've agreed to the price.

Our technicians are factory-trained, EPA certified, and continuously updated on the latest appliance technology.

EPA 608 Certified

All technicians hold EPA 608 certification for safe handling of refrigerants in refrigerators, freezers, and cooling appliances.

Manufacturer-Trained

Factory training from Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, and Bosch. We know these appliances inside out, not just from a manual.

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed by the state and carrying liability insurance. You're covered if anything goes wrong — which it won't.

Gas & Electric Qualified

Certified to work on gas ranges, gas dryers, and all electric appliances. One call handles whatever you've got.

Every technician passes a thorough background check before they ever set foot in a customer's home.

OEM Parts Sourcing

We use genuine OEM parts wherever possible. When aftermarket parts are used, we'll tell you and explain why.
